We’ve been struggling with Willow’s eyes for over a year and a half. The first many rounds of treatment were with prednisone which left Willow in doggy diapers 24/7, because she had a constant pee dribble. We increased the dosage, and the only result was more dribbling, and her eyes continued to get worse. We were then recommended to see an eye specialist who agreed with the autoimmune diagnosis but changed the treatment plan to azathioprine. We continued with that treatment with no change, and her condition only worsened. After blood work it was determined that the medication was damaging Willow’s liver at which time a biopsy was recommended to determine if the condition was something other than the autoimmune disorder. At that point all medication had stopped until a biopsy was done..That’s where you come into the picture. We were lucky to get a cancellation appointment with you, and since that first appointment and treatment, Willows’s eyes have dramatically improved. Almost to a point it looks like what is left will be scarring. Willow’s entire medical team, from our regular Vet to the eye specialist, is amazed by her improvement in such a short period of time! She has her Pretty eyes again.
